They made a mistake in offering 12GB to all 3G customers.
By the time they realized that the infrastructure could not take
it, it was too late.
Now they have to face the complaints of recontracting/new
customers who get 'only' 2GB while being forced to honour the 12GB
that they offered to longtime customers.
